Insurance not paying and bad assesor details

I had been for 2 months now without my car, after motorite sending out the assessor only to tell me the benefit of the policy payout would be R3000 as the cause of failure was overfueling. The engineering house had informed me today that the cyclinder head has a crack. Currently the whole quotation to repair the engine is stitting at 60 000 rand. Why did the assesor not pick up the crack in the head as the engine has already been stripped by the engineering company. the Piston has a hole and engineering need to recondition my engine, now with the furhter information that I have received I am not happy. Can motorite please come to the party and assist with the expensive repair. One pays a lot of money for the warranty for peace of mind when buying a preownded car. What has happend to this country that people can no longer buy a pre-ownded car without having trouble or problems. This is day light. Going to investigate the consumer protector act some more and seek legal advice.
