Disgustingly Dishonest

My experience began when I opted to work at said company. They falsely advertised a "Trainee Manager" position, and stated working hours as 8:00 til 17:00 Mon to Fri. In the interviews they refused to discuss the true nature of the job, selling it off as training you to become a manager. However, you are a glorified call center agent, and upon starting at the company, learned that working hours were indeed 7:30 til after 18:00. They emotionally blackmail you into staying, feeding you material and propaganda to convince you that you will never become a success outside their "dream company". This ranges from audio material and DVDs to daily homework. Overall a nightmarish experience and hope that others can see through the dishonest and unprincipled dealings of The Unlimited.
