MFC - Never Again

After final payment on my car, I was told that I would receive the natis (papers of the car) on the same day.

I intended on selling my and have been keeping the buyer on hold for almost two weeks.
I was told that I'd receive the paper intermediately once payment was received, email below:

NOW, almost two weeks after payment im told that I have to wait 7 days after payment shows on "their" system. My Bank account reflects payment was made 10 days ago.
