Walter from the Outsurance Legal department was in constant contact with me regarding my claim and excess to be paid. He recovered the excess before my car is supposed to go in for repairs.
He handled my claim with the utmost professionalism and empathy. In addition, he listened attentatively to me and when I did not understand something was always there to help and provide the clarity needed.
