Bad attitude from and agent in credt control>lena, i called to ask if my refund can be processed as soon as possiable as Noami van Zyl had not been available. this agent gave me such attitude instead allowing me to say what i needed but she had no respect or customer services, before that i spoke to Wesley barnes who asked me to send proof of both payments EFT and debit order he gave me attitude as well and tells me go do a dispute, i then ask can i speak to Naomi as she speaks so nice and puts me at ease. my orignal debit order was for the 16 this was error with the dealer, this date was then change to 28th and nothing came off, for me not to get a bad record i got scared and did the EFT of 2440 then MFC takes the debit on the 30th for 2431. i know dont have enough fund for the other credit providers this will result in me being a bad payer. This is wrong and goes againts the consumer act, firstly no respect was given from that agent lena, Naomi was the only person i could speak to and waiting on that refund, please can this be sorted today. very unhappy customer im ever sorry why i dealt with MFC. acc- MFC - 11541100001 really bad service
