Poor Service no one seems to know what to do

I phone Standard bank for assistance with tracking money that was deposited into my bank account which originates from their bank. At first told me I need to give them an ACB user code and source account number. Now when I call back with the relevant information I am told the account is Standard bank home loan bucket account number and was put through to the home loans department. After holding the line for a sometime while the lady finds out what to do, she came back saying it's the admin department that is to help me.

Can someone who know what need to be done please assist me?
