Poor poor service

Could somebody please help and call me back . it is the 3rd day since we started and still my problem is not solved tuesday hein, wednesday did not take his name thursday denise and everybodybody just do nothing is this what we expect from a multi million rand company with hundreds of adverts to get new customers
very easy to promise R400 if we get it cheaper, we got it very much cheaper but where is our refund
