VERY BAD SERVICE - DO NOT SWITCH TO FNB

I have sent numerous e-mails and did numerous phone calls but FNB had not resolved my issue on online banking since they reformatted the webpage. I could not make any moey transfer (FOREX) since the change was implemented and they have done nothing to resoolve it! I've been sending follow up e-mails and no one bothers to respond! I am definitely switching to another bank! Even premiere banking! They don't help!
