Nedbank
No assistance!!!

I received a Nedbank Credit Card a while back. when i went to pay, I was asked to rather use internet banking, so I did. I paid a R 1000.00, which up to date was never found at all. after a numerous amount of e-mails, I started to pay a set amount via debit order.
Only now, when I wanted to purchase a car, I found I was blacklisted by Nedbank, even paying monthly via debit order.
I tried phoning them now, was asked to hold on and then cut off!!!
and that is the "wonderful" servicde you get from NEDBANK!!!
