Unauthorised debit orde

In July 2013 I was looking for a loan and stumbled onto Loan Tracer SA's web site, I started the application but didn't complete it. And then suddenly an amount of R399 was debited from my account! I was shocked and immediately reversed the funds as they have never done anything for me. So it went on month by month. I contacted them saying how can I pay for something I didn't get a service from. I got threatened by their lawyers. I moved to another bank and suddenly again get threatening emails that all legal costs will be out of my own pocket if I don't pay the R399. But I NEVER RECEIVED ANDY SERVICE FROM THEM! I didn't even completed the application. What am I to do now? Any advice please...
