Transfer money from account without authorisation

Well here we go again. I have already tried the "PREMIER BANKING" from FNB website... don't think they exist.
YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH FNB.
I am 1 month in arrears and have made a payment suggestion to them, but they decided to transfer money from my savings account into my credit card without any authorization.
The effect of this... my insurance will not be provided for... some in this lovely crime free country of ours... no cover... i am deeper in the than before...
JUST BECAUSE I OWE YOU MONEY DOES NOT MEAN I WONT CHANGE BANKS...
I have come with a suggestion to be up to date in December... do you want me to force debt counseling on you?
Then you loose all the way, but hey... keep on squeezing.
