Still waiting payout 5 weeks

I have applied for a top up on the 2nd October 2013...
The loan was approved for but payment has not happened and also my account has been debited.
every time i call the call centre i get responses like i must wait or i can cancell my app? in this day and age who would want to turn away business? is it my fault that they are inundated with payout issues.this is a service you are rendering..i need this loan to be paid out (29 - 31) incredable how we think that the loan has been approved and your stress appears to be gone only to wait weeks and nothing is happening
