I contacted FNB Premier Banking on 087 5777000 on Saturday and spoke to Nomhle with regards to an enquiry on my FNB Cheque Account.

A system was down and she could not help me right away. She called me Saturday afternoon to confirm that it was still down. And today she called again to advise that everything is in order.
