I'd like to applaud one of your employees, Reneilwe (Jubilee Mall Branch), for the excellent service she provided me with yesterday. Ms. Reneilwe Mkabela helped me sort out my financial crises; she helped me select a loan suitable for my pocked and needs. She explained all the terms and condition in a language that I understood. She was patient and knocked off late without complaining. Ms. Mkabela professionalism and commitment to great customer service exceeded my expectation and should be commended.
