I'd like to compliment one of MiWay employees, Thapelo Masinga for the excellent service he provided me this week on Monday. He is friendly and helpful at all the times. Mr Masinga helped me to sort out my policy and came up with solutions to my satisfaction. I have always been pleased with the service I receive from him. However, Mr. Masinga's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
