Good Service: Claim Processing

I would like to give feedback about Riyaaz Arendse for a good service rendered. he is such a breath of fresh air to deal with. from the time i logged the call to the end today, he kept me abreast at all times about the claim / assement process of my car. I like most the fact that he was also concerned about my well being, if I was fine or had injured incurred through the accident which showed me that the organisation cares its not just a transaction. thanks Riyaaz for a good service, keep on keeping on.
