King Price Insurance dont honor their deals

Shockingly Bad Service from King Price insurance! what's the point of making deals with people who don't honor their side of the deal.. I talked to annika/annita whatever, they take my car for two weeks for assessment and comes back with a report different from what was agreed on and by the way their manager has been meaning to call me for 4 days now... on top of that, their mechanic is now making me offers wanting to buy my car... what a bad service! I want my car back!
