5 weeks after my first complain and i still do not have a phone.

This is really frustrating and tiring, Finrite said they were going to check whether my phone was delivered and get back to me but they failed to do so, after waiting with no response i went to check for myself and up on arrival my phone was delivered but to my shock it was not repaired, we tested it in store and even charged it just encase the battery was low but you guys send back the phone as it was the disappointment and anger that after 5 months of complains, store trips, calls and emails you guys have failed as a service provide.

On top of that you guys have the nerve to change a levy fee for services which you failed to provide. This is my first time claiming since i started insuring with you and in return you continue to give me horrible service. This the fifth month & still counting that I do not have my phone. Hope my complaint will be adhered to this time

last person I spoke to was Thembisiwe Nkabinde and still waiting for her to call me back, that was 2 weeks ago.
