ACCOUNT PAID IN FULL 3 MONTHS AGO

How pathetic

my account was settled in August with a balance of R362 remaining. instead of ABSA deducting this amount via debit order as they have been doing for the past few years, instead they decide to keep debiting my account with the credit life policy and monthly service fee amounting to R330 per month for 3 months totalling almost R1000 when i only owe R362 - i seriously dont see how this makes any sense.

Thank you ABSA - you have been ripping me off for years!
