EXTREMELY MAD!!! NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!

Hi, im greatly dissapointed in absa, i took out a car bond loan, everything was fine till they debited r600 from my account. I contacted them, they said its a vechile insurance. I proceeded to tell them i have insurance, have had for 3 years and they wanted the proof so i sent it through, where they could see when my insurance was commenced. Still the money was not repaid into my account. I phoned and phoned to ask whats goin on and all they could say was they dont know. Im furious about this, why would i need to pay that money for absas unwanted insurance if i already pay insurance. The absa insurance has been cancelled BUT i WANT the money back! I never signed for this insurance nor agreed or even knew about it, if someone couldve just contacted me about this i wouldve told them i have insurance already. Please sort this out asap its been months. Its unacceptable. If not ill be forced to go to a diffrent bank
