I have resigned from Modern hair and my application was sent through just before the end of september, I called on the 16th October, only to be told that the monies would only be deinvested that day but that processing would be within the next ten working days. It is now the tenth working day. On the day of my first follow up and today I haven't spoken to the consultant which deals with the company I have worked for's account but with other people. Today the gentleman tells me (28.10) that they haven't received a tax directive from SARS yet, that he would send through the request and have an answer by tomorrow, and then he would ask Michelle to call me. Now my question is, if there were issues with SARS why wasn't I informed? Michelle was off sick today, so the receptionist took a message thinking she is not in but nobody even bothered to phone me back. If I didn't request the second time round to speak to someone else the receptionist was quite happy just to tell me she was off sick. Please can someone get back to me today with regards to this matter as I have bills and business to see to, which it seems is of little importance to anyone else. Thanks J.Matthews
