Hi, I cant seem to understand how the pointsmen can stand chatting away when there is terrible traffic that is not flowing. This was at the Hans Schoeman/ Malibongwe intersection this morning. It was past 7am and no pointmen were controlling traffic. Traffic already starts to build up before 6:30am
