LEARNER POINTSMEN CAUSING TRAFFIC CONGESTION

Daily, on the corner of Bertha and De Korte streets in Braamfontien there are some pointsmen (new rookies) deployed by JMPD to totally mess up the flow of traffic west bound along De Korte Street. These pointsmen don't even look up De Korte street to see the chaos they are causing by allowing the traffic along Bertha Street the right of way for unlimited periods of time. When they do allow the right of way to the west bound traffic on Dekorte Street, nobody can move because all the intersections along De Korte str are blocked by all the traffic jamming up from De Beer Str and Biccard streets. Please remove these points people as they are causing more harm than good. Please deploy them where the traffic lights are not working for weeks on end. Not all us has sirens ands blue lights to bypass the mess caused by JMPD.JMPD should start doing the job entrusted to them to see that safe and free flowing traffic is enforced
