No loans to permanent contracted workers

Went on the 23/10 to apply for a loan, took all documents with, everything was loooking good until they confirmed employment, yes I am employed for the past 2 years as a permant contract worker, there is no date as to when my contract will end, went again with a letter from my company with HR contact details trying to explain to them to contact the client who hired me but no they just said I can't help, I work for one of the biggest engineering companies in sa and all u had to do was call the company I am working for but you guys just couldn't try, I have taken a loan previously n I had even paid it before the loan term could end. I guess u guys are bigger n broader now so it doesn't matter how many clients you'll lose. And 1 more thing on youlls website PLEASE take out the option of being employed as a contratctor coz u give those hope for nothing.
