I am medical disable and my income protector policy usually pay out on the 23rd of every month, on the 23rd nothing was paid in, I send Vanessa, opsclaims, and Gerty Randl mails without any report back from their side
The I call to talk to Vanessa, the lady answer the phone tell me she is proberly not at her desk, and can she help me, I said yes please, (her name is Gogo) she do her best to help and said she will call me back, which she did, but I was too late to answer the phone than a guy answer, He tried to put me through to Vanessa, but she still did not answer, and the he help me and assure me again my money will be available on the 25th it took 48 hours because they change banks, they are at standard bank and I am at ABSA, on the 25th still nothing available. I phone again, send e-mails again, they start with the 48 hours story again, I told them but the 48 hours already pass, then they assure me the 28th, and guess what, today is the 28th and still nothing in my account.
