Incompletion of Hospital claim after 3 months

The complaint is as follows
On the 15th of July 2013 she was admitted to hospital for Bronchitus until the 19th for Bronchitus.
On the 22nd of July 2013 she was admitted hospital ICU for an Embolectomie until the 30th of July 2013.

At the beginning of August I Emailed all the documents to the claims department and for a whole month heard nothing. Then I phoned them and spoke to a person in the at the call centre who advised that no documents had been received. He was then very helpful and loaded the claims on numbers 786945 and 786948. On the 28th of October I scanned the documents through to the claims department hoping to get this finalized for my mother in law quickly. I phoned about ten days later only to be told by the person that this still has 4 days to go. He was not very helpful and has not telephone manners what so ever on how to speak to people. I left this until now and my mother in law has said that she is going to put a stop payment on it and we will be complaining to Hello Peter for the shody service and the way the staff react with the customers.
Kindly advise when this will be completed as to me 3 months is something awfull.
