Absa Internet Banking not working yet again

Really Absa? How difficult is it to run an Internet Banking service that works when you try to use it? Every time I want to use your service, I have to hope that the server is not off/not responding (again) or that the system "thanks me for banking with Absa" and loggs me off, even though I did not even get as far as logging on.

Get some of your profits back from Barclays and invest it in a system worthy of a company of your size and apparent stature.

I don't want a response, I just want a system that works.
