Why are you my money

On 04/10/2013 i spoke to a consultant from transunion around 10:30am this guy suggested that i get a service that will notify me when theres any activity on my itc record this was after i requested my free report as october is my birthday month... This service was supposed to cost me R40 monthly to my amusement R280 was debited from my account.. Who gave you guys authority to debit this amount? I demand that my money be reimbursed as soon as pronto cause i never agreed to this.
