An amount of R350 was sent to me via eWallet. FNB atm could only dispense and amount of R300.00. When I requersted a pin no nothing happened. No message received with a pin no. I then called FNB whom confirmed that there was a R50 still available, and that i have to remove sim card and battery, which I did. I then tried caiiling *120*277# and still nothing happened. I phoned FNB again and told them that it still was not working. They advised that i should contact my service provider which is cell C. Cell C confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the network. I then phoned FNB back again, they told me that everything was working on their side and that i should remove my sim and battery again. I once again did and nothing happened. I phoned them back and told them, they again advised me to phone my service provider and that there was nothing they could do for me. So its not FNB and not my service provider. NOW WHO CAN HELP ME!!! NOT FNB!!!
