Horror at the hands of a monster Ntsebeng

I called Absa Idirect today on behalf of my brother in law, he happens not to have facilities to call many times. He registered a claim yesterday for his wheels, till today the claim had not been signed off by the manager in charge! I called in to request this to be dealt with urgently because he is a teacher who stays in Soshanguve and teaches in Soweto. Without his car he cant go to work and as such, hundreds of learners are suffering and exams are around the corner. I asked to speak to the manager and head of departments respectively, I was told they we in meetings, I then requested their PA's, to my horror I was told they don't have! How can a head of department not have a PA? I don't believe this for a second, Ntsebeng was just trying to expose how stupid I am and that at ABSA iDirect, you will not speak to managers cause they are holier than thou! I appeal to everyone who is reading this post, Cancel your policy if you are with them. Spare yourself the horror at the hands of Ntsebeng by not joining if you are not a client yet... By the way she didn't care that I would come to hellopeter to complain. I have a recording to back all my allegations.
