WHY DOES IT SAY MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HANDED OVER...???

my car was a write off i decided to withdraw the claim with miway because the person who was driving was under the influence of alcohol...
SMD called me to make an offer the smashed car i took the offer then called recoveries to let them know
i am still waiting for recoveries to get back to me so that i can settle the outstanding AMOUNT...

I asked Vernon if this would have negative impact on my credit he said no. I am still paying my installments
i demand my name to be taken off ITC IMMEDIATELY...
