No refund or valid reasoning to declining my case

Absa does not want to refund me my money back after activity took place in my account without my knowledge. They are telling me that their records show that it was my original card which was used for the transactions which took place but they are not providing em with any proof of that. I have my card and notification sms's. This is very disappointing because as I client I trusted them with my money and followed proper procedures to ensure that I am refunded. They declined my claim and didn't't even have the courtesy to inform me and give me valid reasoning. I had to CHASE THEM up to receive feedback which was not even satisfactory. Being pushed from one department to another. As a bank, I expected that they would be able to trace where the transactions were done, and refund me. If I cannot trust them to do a proper investigation and come back to me with proof and valid reasoning then that means I cannot trust them with my money. This is highly disappointing and unsatisfactory.
