I am utterly disgusted with Standard bank. I phone the call centre and requested a payment confirmation on a transfer I made to Damelin on 18/11/2011. According to them they can only go back 6 moths. I need to pay R 20, 00 per page to get the information going back to 2011. I DO NOT WANT A STATEMENT GOING BACK TO 18/11/2011. Well it looks like I need to get someone that will say "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" and not give a... about your clients.
