Hi,

Just want to say im very disappointed in the services im getting from my bank FNB

I took out a loan in feb 2013 of a amount of 5k, and paid it up in july 2013

To my surprise my acc is still outstanding!!! And when i phoned them i spoke to Nensi (CALL CENTER AGENT)

She then confirmed That it is paid up!..So why the don't you guys update ITC??.COZ IT IS ON MY PAYMENT PROFILE
AS OUT STANDING!..I NEED THIS TO BE UPDATED ASAP!! OR YOU WILL HEAR FROM MY LAWYER!!!
