Not delivering the service promise

On the 23rd of October 2013, I was hi-jacked at gunpoint... I was held hostage for 3 hours; a -raising experience that I wouldn't wish for anyone.

Finally the hijacker let me go after taking everything I had, including my vehicle. I was abandoned in a foreign location. My only option was to hike.By 's grace an unknown man stopped to give me a lift. I told the man what happened. He was currently at work (driving a company bakkie) so he could only help me by dropping me off at a police station, where I could get help.

A police investigation ensued after the case was opened.

I made a claim to my insurance company KING PRICE, the one main source in this experience I expected support. I'm so sad and angry and I'm asking myself should the hijackers have killed me to prove that I was hijacked.

It's sad to say the vehicle I love with all my heart has not yet been found. Apparently my vehicle was not fitted with the tracker unit that's what Carl from the insurance company said that reason why the insurance will not pay.
