Well done to excellent service!!

I recently had a small accident with one of our company vehicles and contacted our Insurance company "Auto and general" to register a claim. After registration of the claim I was asked to bring my vehicle to be inspected.
The man who has done the inspection was very friendly and helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. Thanks to him and Naseema our claim was approved within 24 hours and a booking has been made at a local panel beating company for repairs. Just a pity I have to be without a vehicle (which I use for work) for more than a week.

Lets hope all repairs are completed in time and up to standard.
