My debit order not going through on my standard bank account for a personal load with Standard Bank so had it changd to FNB when i moved banks due to shocking service. Finally after much pain i ended up doing rehabilitation with standard bank due to non paymeny and them not figureing why my debit order wouldnt go through (funds were available). I now pay via eft into this account, confirmation being received all the tme bu Standard Bank call centre (Margaret) calls and threatens and tells me to go into a branch - i do leave my two young kids at home beacause i know its going to be a long morning . head to the the glen sent from queue to queue and finally assisted almost two hours later only to find our it was for naught - i need not have gone in to the branch - THE LESS I HAVE TO DO WITH STANDARD BANK THE BETTER!
