Judgement which was implemented on me not knowing

I was told to pay the money i owed to edcorn of which i did that. to my concern i was put on judgement. i sent everything that was needed to show that i paid R4000.00 on the 11th of August 2011.

PLEASE help me to get my name cleared as i did what i was suppose to have done.
