Ryan advised that he was still under supervision as he was training but in my view he's doing a super job. Very rare these days to find someone so enthusiastic and helpful. Thank you, Ryan. You brought a ray of sunshine to my day and restored my faith until the next time I have to deal with someone in customer services who are not only unhelpful but lazy and sometimes borderline rude.
