I have tried to get settlement discount on my account which other companies like RCS and Standard bank was awesome with. FNB thinks they to GOOD to help a customer. They are not helpful at all! What they forget is that asking for a settlement means that you might be back on your feet and could have wanted to make use of their service in future either in personal or business capacity or both. But their lack of helpfulness and arrogance has angered me and they can expect to never get my support again! The snowball effect of the people and companies I deal with will share the same attitude against FNB as they had against me! I wish I had enough space here to post the rude and blatantly unhelpful letter they sent me! And they also do not even care about complaints such as this! The worst is that I do not like using sites or mediums such as this but in lack of service and help I had to resort to this.
