Taking on bad customers

It happened that FNB did not know their customers when it comes to people installing debit orders at random.
It happened know three times with me, I am banking at another bank so somebody using my bank account for numerous debit orders. Is it possible to investigate before taking on bad clients??? I am really frustrated and wish that FNB can investigate clients before taking them on. It is people form Natal using phone numbers.
