Seriously FNB, I have always tried keeping my cool because I usually brag about how awesome FNB is. But today I just reached my limit. I tried in the past to get a loan in order to consolidate my debt / accounts, so I can just pay 1x place and not 3x differnt one's. The computer declines me due to affordability... then I get an email for a consolidation, I follow the link, someone phones' me and asks me questions, after which the computer once again declines due to affordability. DUH!!! OBVIOUSLY I won't be able to afford freakin Debt and a consolidation loan!!! I need the loan to pay off the others!!! STOP emailling me if you refuse to help me, take me off all your "marketing" sms / email / post correspondence. I am not interested in your lack of service. Don't bother phoning me back.
