I have been promised confirmation concerning my new policy after cancelling my previous... since friday afternoon. I have phoned in six times and either put in hold for ten minutes or left a message to be phoned back. I am sick and tired of hearing consultants can assist me and then they are under supervision and unable to answer my questions and give me the proper information. How many times do I have to beg for service while I am a paying customer. Yes initially lynette did assist me well. But how much money and work time do I have to waste to get through only to be inadequitely assited or only 50%. This after I pay 100% of premiums required. Every flipping consultant is under supervision of some imaginary kind apparently. When am I going to get my moneys worth and why do you only respond to complaints but not problems?!
