On the 3 October 2013 I was involved in an accident with your client, your client knocked the side of my car (passenger side). I Lodged a police number, got into contact with your company, who told me I needed the necessary documents sent to them ASAP so I could get the car assessed. I went for am assessment on the 14 October 2013, and the assesor who helped me told me that it will take 24 -48 hours to process and a consultant would contact me there after and that the damages would be paid by your client as it was her fault. No one called back, a week later, After numerous calls, I got through to the consultant and he told me that it's going to take 60 days to get the claim through and if the client is not happy then they are not going to fix my car. This is highly unacceptable.
