Phoned call centre to report a new claim.
After hanging in for 15 minutes before my call was answered I gave my bond number and then the phone went dead.
Hope I am not expected to phone back!!!
And hope that the call centre will phone me back to get the details - they now have my bond number so should have my contact number!!!
!!!
