I was expected to reapply for a service which I had originally applied for a few weeks ago just because one of the employees conveniently misplaced my documents. Important documents which this employee could not give me certainty as to whether they have been shredded or not.
I am appalled by this service. A bank is suppose to be known for its reputable services to clients, and for its confidentiality in maintaining clients information, instead African Bank chooses to tell me that they have misplaced certain records which I am now meant to reproduce, and reapply for the same services.
I am asking you o please improve your services to customers, and for crying out loud please maintain customer records safely!!!
