Since when can you keep a customers monies without giving anything back in return.

So I sold my bakkie, and asked for my monies back for more than half the months payment as it is SOLD.

My broker get back to me and askes me to give proof of sale.

This is just crazy. I am the customer if I dont want you insurance anymore whatever the reason, I DONT HAVE TO GIVE YOU PROOF OF ANYTHING.

I will now change my whole household insurance to some one els regardless of cost.

DO YOU REMEMBER I AM YOUR CUSTOMER???
