Why are you debiting my account early?

To be honest I am very disappointed in the service I have received from you.

I took out this loan only a few days ago but already today you have deducted from my bank account what I have owed you - yet this was only supposed to be deducted on the 25th of October.

you have gained a lot from all the interest you have charged me - yet it was only for a few days

also when my loan was approved you only paid R800 into my account - only when I called and queried it was the other R200 deposited.

I really feel this is not fair - luckily my salary was paid in today otherwise the debit order would have returned to you unpaid.

is this how you do business? I will think twice before taking out a loan from you again
