Outstanding service and care

My hubby was left stranded on the highway after car trouble in peak hour traffic. I called for a tow and the level of service and care was outstanding. Thato was in constant communication with us and keeping up updated on the progress of the tow truck. She called us a number of times to check that we were ok, and that the truck had arrived. She then called us later in the evening to check that we were home and that we were fine... she felt like a caring friend calling to check up on us - Thank You Thato :-D
