I called back to correct my initials on my policy. and this young man took the time to go over the terms and conditions again and double checked and clarified a few questions I had. and he helped me check and confirm the make and model of my car since the dealer had the incorrect description. he even went as far as to warn me about the speed capabilities of my car (smile) I really appreciated that. what a wonderful experience and such a pleasant person.
